Bacon Lardons
Half an Onion
oregano
tiny amount of mint
tiny amount of sage
2 cloves of garlic
half a jar of artichoke hearts
vegetable stock cube
apple cider vinegar
mushrooms
broccoli
half a limes juice
risotto rice
some kind of cheese, cheddar

fry the bacon until brown in butter
add onions until golden
add the oregano, mint, sage
add the mushrooms, garlic, broccoli and artichoke
then add the risotto rice until clear,
drizzle on the vinegar, squeeze on the lime
add a mug and a half of stock
just before serving grate the cheese on and stir in
eat
