Roasted Lemon Cauliflower, Lamb chops and Sweet Potato Mash

Mix some cauliflower with lemon, lemon zest, cumin, olive oil, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic and bung in the oven for 20mins, 200c.

Boil some sweet potatoes for 20mins and mash with cumin, celery salt, sour cream and butter

Fry some lamb chops along with some mushrooms for 15mins

Serve with balsamic vinegar gravy and mint.
